Bought one, loved the image quality, hated the quality control. Had to send it back....THREE times. BM seem to have an issue with quality control, so I'm now back to Canon with a pair of C500 Mark II and a pair of C300 Mark III. A shame, BlackMagic produce some lovely images, just that bleeding quality control.

0:39 I know the struggle, I have made 35 (not very good, on a different account) UA-cam videos, having been told for years that I was more logical than creative and after I came to believe it - I'm not creative, I just make stuff! Creative people always tell you they're creative, they wear bright colours, they're extroverts! I just make stuff to make people smile. 3:18 I get it, you're telling yourself that you are a creative person and hopefully one day you'll let that truth sink in.

In an attempt to beat down on the misinformation being spread by scared non-equestrians, I am going to give my semi-professional opinion on this. Horses are not agressive, they are prey animals and will always run before they fight. They were in an open field where the horse couldxve run had it wanted to be left alone. The horse was simply surprised, as I doubt they are pet often, since most people are afraid of horses. But that was not an act of aggression. He was simply trying to look up and figure out who you were and what you were doing, and you happened to be in the way. Next time, approach the horee from the side, in line with their shoulders and your hand out. By doing that, you are both staying out of harm's way and clearly showing your intention to pet the horse. If he doesn't want to be touched, he will move away from your outsteched hand so that you don't touch him. There's no reason to be afraid of horses. I wouldn't call them predictable by any means, but as long as you stay away from the donger zones (where they can't see you, diectly in front and directly behind) and exercise fair caution (and, you know, have more than four functioning brain cells), you'll be fine. The only time where being in close proximity to a horse would be dangerous is if the horse is aggressive or feels trapped/threatened. A frightened horse = a dangerous horse.
